Headmaster: Educated at Sunningdale, then Eton. Studied Modern European Languages at Edinburgh and then completed his PGCE at Bristol University. He taught French and Spanish at Harrow where he also coached Yearlings cricket and ran the Fives, leading a pair to success in the Public Schools National fives tournament. Joined the staff at Sunningdale in 2002 and took over as Headmaster in 2005.

Director of Studies, Head of Science: Educated at St. Edmund’s College and then St. Andrew’s University, Adrian spent eight years in events and sports marketing before joining the staff in 2008 as Head of Science. He was then appointed as Deputy Head in 2012. He is married to Anna and has three children.

Head of French: Born in the Auvergne, Véronique was educated at the Universities of Clermont-Ferrand, Perpignan and Toulouse. She taught at Sunningdale from 1994 to 200 then took a career break to raise her two children, She returned to Sunningdale in September 2008.
Hobbies: Mountain-biking, walking skiing, gardening and reading
French: Elisabeth studied English at Bordeaux University, then Swansea University and completed her PGCE at Bristol University. She taught at Badminton School and North London Collegiate School and then ran the languages department at St. George’s, Ascot. She has been at Sunningdale since 2009.
Hobbies: Books, cinema, dance and travel
Head of IT: Shernell went to Willesden High School and took her degree through Southampton University. She started her teaching career at Farnborough Sixth Form College and also taught at Edgebarrow School and Downe House. She joined Sunningdale in 2010. Shernell has two daughters and three granddaughters.
Hobbies: Theatre, cinema, walking, cooking, salsa dancing and reading
Teacher of EAL: Educated at The Marist Convent and Manchester University, Mimi joined the staff in 2010, having previously taught as a teacher and subsequently Head Teacher at a company of language schools in Istanbul. Mimi is married to Attila.

Organisation Master, Head of Geography: Educated at Harrow and then Edinburgh and Exeter Universities, Duncan joined the staff at Sunningdale in 2012 having previously taught geography in Southall. He is set to be married in 2019 and has a young child.
Hobbies: Scuba diving, rugby, travelling & film
SENCO, Head of Games: Mark began his preparatory school teaching in Wales, having studied at Cardiff University. He joined sunningdale in 2013, following four years in South Africa running a cricket academy and teaching English in a remedial school. Mark is married to Erica and they have two young children.

Head of RS: Educated at Shrewsbury School and Bristol University, Alex served as a British Army Officer for nine years before commencing teaching at Sunningdale un 2013. Alex is married with two sons.

Head of English: Jack grew up in north London. He went to Highgate School and then to Edinburgh University. After graduating, Jack spent three years in Christian youth work before deciding to become a teacher. He joined Sunningdale in 2016, having previously taught at Aldro.
Hobbies: Football, squash, reading, board games, films, running and Ultimate Frisbee!
Junior Subjects: Lucy was educated at Roedean School and then Canterbury Christ Church University College. Lucy joined the staff at Sunningdale in 2017, having previously taught at prep schools in London and The International School of Padova, Italy. She is married with a young son.
Hobbies: Entertaining, cinema, theatre and reading
Director of Music: Tom was educated at Salisbury Cathedral School, Lancing College and Bishop Grosseteste University. Tom has worked as a professional singer in Cathedrals and ensembles. He has performed as a singer, organist, choir trainer and educator around the world and on radio and television. Tom moved to Sunningdale with his wife Victoria in 2017, after six years in the choir at Lincoln Cathedral.
Hobbies: Cricket, walking, real ale, film and, of course, music of all kinds.
Head of Classics: Camilla grew up in prep-schools firstly in Zimbabwe and then in Dorset. After being educated at Hanford, and Bryanston, Camilla went on to read Classics at Durham University. She joined the staff at Sunningdale in January 2018.

Deputy Head Matron
Senior Assistant Matron: Bella attended Lord Wandsworth College and went on to get her primary teaching qualification at Bangor University. After teaching in primary schools in Alton, Bath and then Wells, she joined the boarding team at Sunningdale. She owns the school’s loveable chocolate Labrador, Horton.
Hobbies: Theatre, singing, music, art and sewing
Bursar: Andrew joined Sunningdale School in Sept 2014 from St Mary’s School, Ascot. Prior to that he had spent the previous 25 years within all areas of the hospitality industry, including cruise ships, 5* hotels, an off-licence chain, a dynamic restaurant group and an accounting practice. Andrew is married to Rosie and they have two grown-up children.
Hobbies: Watching Surrey cricket, walking and gardening
Admissions, Headmaster’s PA: Jo was educated locally at Hurst Lodge, Ascot. She spent most of her professional career working in the recruitment sector and from 1997 ran her own Executive Search business in London. She joined Sunningdale in 2015 and is married to David and has one son, Jack, who is currently studying at Bristol University.
Hobbies: Cooking, polo and skiing
School Secretary, Marketing, Old Boys: Born and raised in South Africa. Moved to the UK in 2015. Previously managed a property investment company, an orthodontist practice and a design studio. Sarah joined Sunningdale in September 2017. She is married with one daughter, Bella.
